7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Returns & Refunds (Food Product Policy)

Due to the consumable nature of food items:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items.

  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence.

Natvora reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims after verification.

Natural characteristics (including honey crystallization) do not qualify for refunds.
