Return Policy


1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition with original packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that are used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased during final sales or clearance events
- Consumable items

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@natvora.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photographs if the item is damaged. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You must use this label to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Status
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 5-7 business days regarding the status of your return.

6. Refunds
Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@natvora.com. We will arrange the exchange with applicable shipping charges if any.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

9. Late Returns
Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted unless they are defective.
